Shipping policy

Please allow 1-3 days to process your order. Expect an email within this timeframe to let you know your order is on the way.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email notification for the start of the shipping process.

SHIPPING RATES 

Shipping rates are displayed at checkout process, please make sure you check them before confirming orders. 

We offer international shipping to multiple countries, however, there are certain countries we do not support due to restrictions. Orders made on our website are subject to confirmation before proceeding and you will be notified, please check with us for any concerns at info@serfect.co

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Serfect is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@serfect.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but we will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
